Get Creative Cookie Policy

This policy lists every cookie and browser storage item that get-creative.co and intentionallycreative.com use, what each one is for and how long it lasts. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
The short version
- Necessary items keep the site working and remember your choices. They are always on.
- Analytics items help us see how the site is used. Advertising items measure our ads. Both are optional.
- Visitors in Europe (the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) are asked first, and nothing optional runs until they agree.
- Everyone else can turn optional items off at any time, and a browser that sends Global Privacy Control has them turned off automatically.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar space in your browser that a site can use; it is not sent with every request the way a cookie is. We use both, and this policy treats them the same way.

The Google Analytics, Hotjar, Meta and Google Ads items are set by those companies, which also use them under their own privacy policies. They load only on our agency website (get-creative.co and intentionallycreative.com), never on our product sites, and the advertising ones only after you allow advertising.
Some pages on intentionallycreative.com show videos in Wistia and YouTube players. When such a page loads, the player's provider receives your IP address and browser details, as any website you load from does. YouTube videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube sets the cookies above only after you press play. Wistia and YouTube use what they receive under their own privacy policies.
Lens, our own visit recorder
Lens is the analytics tool we built and run ourselves. It keeps the lens_vid and lens_visit ids listed above and records how the page is used, with anything typed into a field hidden before it leaves your browser. It does not use cookies. Replays are deleted after 90 days. If you decline analytics, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control, Lens keeps no ids and records no replay, and only counts the visit with nothing that identifies you. More detail is in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
Your choices
- Change your mind at any time: choose "Cookie settings" in the footer of get-creative.co.
- Global Privacy Control: we honor it as a request to turn off advertising and optional analytics on that browser.
- Your browser: you can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings. Blocking necessary items may stop parts of the site from working.
- Advertising platforms: you can also manage ad settings in your Meta and Google accounts.
Changes
We update this list when we add or remove an item, and change the date at the top.
